I spent 10 years teaching and leading in secondary schools in challenging settings in London.
I started working as an educational consultant, providing an extra pair of senior leadership hands to small schools who didn’t have the staffing capacity to maintain a large leadership team full time.
Since then the pressure on schools has grown, they have had to implement a new syllabus, manage new progress measures, develop their own methods of grading pupils, create a new curriculum that learns around the syllabus while teaching classes and most recently while working from home and dealing with a global pandemic.
School Development is the next step for me supporting teachers and schools. By providing tangible support through the development process I give your staff one less job to worry about and one more resource that they can rely on.
